Joseph F. Kinnard, 55, of Colfax, WI, died Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at his residence surrounded by his family and friends after a five year battle with cancer. Joe was born in Milwaukee, WI, on April 26, 1960, a son of Francis "Whitey" and Estelle (Gaszak) Kinnard. "Little Joe" was a truck driver to the end, working for numerous companies including the last 19 ½ years at N&M Transfer. Joe loved to ride his Harley Davidson motorcycle and traveled across many states. He also loved to work out, spend time with his family and friends and had a willingness to help others. He will be sadly missed by his family and all who knew him. Joe is survived by his wife, Vicki; step-children, Ryan (Christina Guidaboni) Larson and Trevor (Lacey Logslett) Larson all of Colfax; mother, Estelle Kinnard of Milwaukee; brother, Gerald (Michelle) Kinnard and their children, Bradley, Alex and Jake all of Milwaukee; sister, Jean (Guy) Katcha and their daughter, Kristy all of Grand Rapids, MI; parents-in-law, Dean and Helen Renz of Colfax. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Francis "Whitey" Kinnard. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2016, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 4540 State Highway 40, Bloomer, with Father John Potaczek officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. with a Prayer Vigil at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, January 4, 2016, at Sampson Funeral Home, 1017 Railroad Avenue in Colfax, WI, and also one hour prior to the Mass, Tuesday at the church. Burial will be at a later date.
