Judy (Schuch) Sarauer, age 65, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2024 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, WI with family and loved ones at her side.

Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM on Sunday, October 13, 2024 at Sampson Funeral Home in Colfax, WI.  Visitation will be held on Sunday at Sampson Funeral Home from 11:00 AM until the time of service. A gathering will follow the service at the Valley Tavern in Bloomer, WI.

Judy was born August 6, 1959 to Walter and Clara (Kolmen) Schuch.  She married Donald Sarauer on August 12, 1977 in Cooks Valley.  Together they raised their family and farmed in Cooks Valley all their life.  Judy worked alongside her husband Donald operating their dairy farm by harvesting crops and milking cows.  She had a green thumb and enjoyed tending to her garden and flowers.  Judy loved picking berries, you could find her in her wheelchair picking berries with friends up to a few days before she passed.  She loved to cook, bake desserts and do knitting.

Judy is survived by her husband Donald, sons: Jamie (Sherri) Sarauer, Aaron (Misty) Sarauer and daughter Jenelle (Evan) Pearce, grandchildren: Taylor, Katelyn, Hayden, Carson, Elliot, Ella, Bentlee and Millie.

She was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Clara (Kolmen) Schuch, sister Pat (Schuch) Longdo and her son Jason Sarauer.
