On December 8th, 2021, Wendy (Vich) Snyder passed away peacefully at her home in Wheeler, WI. Wendy grew up in Phillips, WI, and graduated from Bloomer High School. Wendy went on to become a CNA where she found a love for taking care of people. She loved spending her days at the cabin feeding her animals and sitting on the deck. When she could convince Paul to take her out, she had a love for putting one more twenty in the gambling machine. Wendy is survived by the love of her life and fiancé, Paul Flatland and his family; sons, Joshua (Darlene Bowe) Vich and Michael Guthrie; daughter, Chelsey Burton; granddaughters, Skylar, Zoey and Aubrey Vich; grandson, Max Guthrie; great-grandson, Maverick Vich; sister, Sheryl Vich; brother, David Vich; niece, Jenalee Vich; and great-nephew, Ryan Vich. She is preceded in death by her parents, Delano and Florence Vich. Wendy's family has honored her wishes with a private family viewing and cremation. Sampson Funeral Home is assisting the family.
